Jandy Acquires Air Energy Heat Pumps, Inc.

Petaluma, CA - Jandy's parent company Water Pik Technologies, Inc. (NYSE:PIK) announced today that it has acquired the assets of Air Energy Heat Pumps, Inc. and affiliates (Air Energy), a privately held Florida based manufacturer of premium heat pumps designed for the swimming pool and spa industry.
