JANDY POOL PRODUCTS, INC. ACQUIRES COVER-POOLS INCORPORATED.

Moorpark, California - Jandy Pool Products, Inc., a member of the The Carlyle Group portfolio of companies, announced today that it has purchased Cover-Pools Incorporated (“Cover-Pools”), a leading manufacturer and innovator of automatic swimming pool cover systems. Cover-Pools is headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah and has offices in Phoenix, AZ, Tucson, AZ and Anaheim, CA.
